I started this blog for fun as a way to try to use up my make-up. It is more about creativity than anything else but creativity is very time consuming!
I’m also enjoying reading the many beauty blogs out there for tips and new products. This is actually a great learning experience and I want to continue all this and more in 2014.
I will continue to try new looks, make new looks from old products, try new products, review products and learn more!
I have been thinking about setting up a YouTube channel so if I can figure out how to use my webcam, I’ll do it!
It would be great if you could let me know what you want to see from me, either in my written blog or in vlogs. I’m willing to try new things – life would be boring if I didn’t!
Thank you for all of you who are following me on WordPress, Bloglovin’, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest and Instagram. Twitter and WordPress are the only ones I really knew about before I started blogging so even in 2013 I made some headway!
I have also set up blogs for nails, hair and skin. I think 2014 will be the year I look after my skin as it is important to me to have skin confidence, rather than covering up in concealer and foundation all of the time. Also, when I do wear make-up, it will look better on a healthy base. I will also need to look after my nails more. I feel good when they look nice so I’ll try to keep it up, although this is difficult with housework, typing all day at work and the gym! Hair wise, I am pretty set and not so eager to experiment – I spend a decent amount of time and money keeping my hair healthy although I am rubbish at styling it. Having said that, there is always room for improvement. It would be great if would join me on these journeys too.
Here’s to a great 2014 – and here’s my favourite look of 2013:

Love how quirky that eyeliner looks on you! 🙂
