Yes, I have decided that vinyl gloves are an important tool when it comes to nails!
This is the continuing saga of the smudged pedicure with the unsuccessful shellac top coat. I currently have shellac finger nails but my toes really needed fixing. I was faced with having to soak off the shellac on my toes, which needed acetone, but acetone would ruin my fingers. It seems obvious now but the only thing to do was to put on some vinyl gloves and get on with it.
I actually only wore one glove for the hand that was dealing with the acetone soaked cotton wool.
I now have smudge free red toes with gold sparkle, with my manicure still intact but now I’m thinking I should have gone for the Barry M tinsel looking polish. So indecisive!
