This look was done by following Tanya Burr’s tutorial following episode 7 of Sky Living‘s The Face. I like this kind of look so I gave it a go!
I applied Bobbi Brown Illuminating Finish Powder Compact Foundation SPF12 in Golden 6 all over my face using a sponge then I defined my eyebrows using the darkest colour in the HD Brows Foxy palette and the angled brush included with that palette. I used the other side of the brush to highlight just below my eyebrow using the lightest colour in the palette.
For my eyes I used Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour Cream Eyeshadow in 60 Everlasting Black applied with an angled eyeliner brush with soft bristles. I then applied the shimmery black colour from my Sleek Bad Girl 596 eyeshadow palette using my No7 Eyeshadow Blend and Contour brush, blending as instructed! Finally I used my No7 eyeshadow brush to soften the outline of the eyeshadow.
I applied two coats of Maybelline the Falsies Volum’ Express Flared mascara in Very Black to my upper lashes and one coat to my lower lashes. I lined my lower waterline with Lancôme Le Crayon Kohl in Noir 01 then, using my Models Own angled brush I lined the lower lashline with the shimmery black eyeshadow, keeping the line close to the lashes. I then blended the line out downwards to soften it using the same brush.
I don’t have an illuminating concealer so to conceal, I applied a little Yves Saint Laurent Le Teint Touche Eclat Foundation in B70 under my eyes using my Bobbi Brown cream blending brush followed by Bobbi Brown concealer in Golden using the same brush. I set it using my Bobbi Brown foundation and the sponge.
I contoured my face using the dark colour in my Sleek Face Contour Kit in Medium 885 and my Model’s Own angled blusher brush. I applied a little No7 Natural Blush Tint Powder in Coral Flush using the same brush and blended the two shades.
For my lips I I filled in my lips using Bobbi Brown lip liner in cocoa followed by Bobbi Brown Lip Color in Cocoa 31. I then lined the outline of my lips using the same lip liner.
There we have it!

Unfortunately, I believe that the Sleek Bad Girl eyeshadow palette is no longer available.
